I’m concerned with all the usual things that appeal to your average modern geek girl; gaming, technology, the Internet, computers, gadgets, movies and music. All of course, with a geeky bent. Sometimes she’ll expound on political issues of importance to geeks, and sometimes just on something appropriate, humorous, or extremely cool.
She is a Network Engineer contracted to a federal agency and resides in the Washington, D.C. area. She’s been playing with computers, gadgets and games for as long as they have existed, and is still a firm believer in the adage that “She who dies with the most toys, wins.” (I still have an Apple Newton in the closet.)
Its not always easy being ‘Geeky’, but its significantly better than being “Nerdy.” At times I’ve been both, I’ll try to do better. Sometimes I’ll even blog about it.
